i am young and have only started doing a ROUNDED workout this summer (i was doing only bicep curls and pushups since february). i include pushups in my everyday/every second day workout and tricep pushups/overhead presses sometimes. BS is 310-350. Started exercise program 30 min daily and following diet to lower blood sugar levels. Doc is giving me 3 months to do this without medication. I am loosing weight. 10lbs last week I assume is do to exercise, diet and high sugar count. My question is: how long will it be till I notice blood sugar levels...crap
