how do you widen the forearm, on the inside and outside of the forearm?
i am young and have only started doing a ROUNDED workout this summer (i was doing only bicep curls and pushups since february). i include pushups in my everyday/every second day workout and tricep pushups/overhead presses sometimes. NEED TO STRENGTHEN WRIST EXTENSORS/FLEXORS AND BRACHIORADIALIS...crap

shoulder irritation and bicep injury
I am a fitness instructor who had a pulled bicep tendon, that I got treament for. It was preceded by shoulder itchng, now the right arm, shoulder, and bicep is itching but no pain.Topical ointments do not help. Any suggestions? Robin Aikencrap

recientemente hoy me di cuenta que en el area de los biceps, internos, osea la que se pega a los costados senti como unas bolitas, al simple tacto no se sienten, se sienten cuando peyisco un poco de piel, son como de .5 cm (medio centimetro) algunos de mis amigos y amigas igual se les siente esas bolitas...crap

Hi,At the gym i go to the bicep curl machine is very popular and the arms pads are all torn up. I was lifting hard and my arms scratched up against the pads to the point were i was bleeding... a lot. Could i get hiv this way if some 1 eles bleed on this machine like me? It wouldnt be hard to bleed...crap

Financial problems, could not pay all of bill,no insurance, no job, no car...crap

Does anyone know if red veiny looking lines right up under the skin have any thing to do with HIV? They appear on my biceps and shoulders regularly, and on my stomach when i get hot. Could they just be stretch marks?

He would go to the gym and work on his biceps everyday. One day he'd do curls with dumbbells, followed by barbells on day...crap
