I think it’s interesting to think about how our life’s path has led us to better (or worse) eating habits...
Sometimes I wish I knew just what to do.

I'll feel better really soon.
It's going to go away quickly.

I thought since the weather is getting warm now that I would feel better with a little more energy my Humria which I have been on for 3months or more would help me feel better like those stupid commercials but I don't; wishful thinking I guess trying to get back to walking alot more and spin class...crap
