Cervical DDD...exercise program needed.
I have advanced cervical DDD...bone on bone.  I cannot find an exercise program that puts no strain on my neck.  Had to give up free weights, full body workouts, etc.  Just checked Pilates but I don't think I can do most of the moves.  Suggestions? Schnitzcrap
