Female , inner thigh problem .... HELP !
HELP !
I am Female , 160 lbs, 5'8", hard aerobic
workouts and weight training 4-5 times per week, non-drinker, strong.
My problem is with my
inner thighs. I need to loose inches on those
thighs ! My butt is not big, but I need to reduce that dreaded
inner thighs.
Any ideas would be helpful.
