Do I need a day of rest between lifting weights and cardio?
my muscles rest between lifting weights and playing basketball/strenuous cardio?  Would I need a day to let my muscles rest between lifting weights and simple jogging or less intensive cardio?  Thanks for any help... I want to lift weights to get stronger in general, not professionally but for personal preference...crap

glad to see the posts getting back to normal.

I have been running and lifting weights, doing anything to keep my mind off of this window period, and within the last two days... to anyone worried: go out, run, do some pushups, swim, play basketball, sweat, read ( a good novel...crap

I believe due to eliptical, may want to swim more and do less eliptical.  I lift weights, benches, flies, pushups for 30 min. on T&T and 1 hour 1/2 on Sat.            I m wondering if the swimming and lifting... 60 yr. old male had to quit joggining & playing basketball due to lower back and sciatic problems...crap

hi, One week ago while lifting weights i had a headache develop quickly. Same again on tuesday. I've had a mild headache feeling all week now and another gym session today brought on another worse headache. Generalised pain but more on the right side.
