This afternoon, I was doing one lap of backstroke (out of five total laps), and as I finished the first pool length, I smacked my right wrist on the pool wall. Ouch.

Next was backstroke 50's on 45... of backstroke...45 seconds....hmmm....Swimming as hard as I could, I managed to make the interval the first time...

free, 25 back. I don't like backstroke..I was a 200 Flyer and 100 breastroker in college. I did swim 200 IM but I just suffered through the backstroke. I guess it is important for triathletes to work...

a number of other prep marks, but they have since been bettered... He still holds the 150 backstroke record... enough to represent Utah in the nationals in the backstroke, couldn't make the prep traveling squad today...
