I am being awaken from sleep with shortness of breath, tingling in arms, legs, and chest.
I am a 37 year old woman who is being awakened from sleep with shortness of breath, tingling in my arms, chest, and legs that is accomopanied by a cold/warm like sensation. I seem to have a sudden.... I have never really experienced these symtoms during the day, only at night around 2 to 4 am with the episodes lasting about 15...crap

So afraid...
. I had pretty much self-diagnosed myself with a candida overgrowth in my digestive tract. The night before I went I had minor night sweats and itchy arm pits - so much so that I broke the skin. I woke up freaking...crap

I am not getting any sleep. Most nights I can tell as soon as I lay down, if I will get any sleep.
Many nights my breathing seems to change when or shortly after I lay down, before I sleep(if I do ). I average 3-4 nights a week with one hour or less sleep. The other nights I may get up to 4 hours, but some days I fall asleep for 2-3 hrs. sitting on the sofa. I have used many over the counter sleep aids...crap

Fifth Night Is A Charm
beginning to use a breathing machine at night. It is called a CPAP. Last night was my fifth night of using the machine, and it was the first night I slept through the entire night without waking up.! (The first night I was able to sleep... the headgear on in the dark!). The air was too dry. It resulted in my awakening with a dry mouth...crap

About six months ago in the summer I noticed all of the sudden that I ran out of breath.... Ever since that night however my health has seriously declined.
