Hello, I am a Yoga teacher by profession. my age is 32 . I have been in this field from past 8 years. My BP is always around 160/100 to 170/100 at rest. I am a pure vegeterain and with no stress in my work. ALso i sleep for 8-9 hours. I have given teh stress test which is normal. also the CBC...crap

Practicing Yoga at Any Age
teacher Vanda Scaravelli, who wrote it when she was 83 years old. It is a yoga classic now. Scaravelli.... It is because of these inspirational teachers and practitioners who continue to practice and teach yoga well into their 80's, and 90's... Hatha Yoga
I started doing yoga in highschool and still use one meditation technique that the teacher taught.... In my early twenties I went to Integral yoga alot because I lived in the neighborhood. I'd buy an unlimited.... I still go to Integral yoga once in awhile even though I live way uptown. I go to Sivananda school once in awhile aswell...crap
