I have rheumatoid arthritis and just had soem xrays of knees, hands, etc and the radiogoits said degenertaive arthritis, is there a way to tell in xray if it is ra or osteo? despartecrap

My hands hurt like a severe toothach especially in the thumbs.I have been tested for carpel tunnel
and they were neg.I was told that I have arthritis in my spine{showed up in x-rays) I have been having trouble with my heel and today with a x-ray I have a very bad heel spur.Could this just be regular arthritis or RA Belinda Hamlettcrap

My Joint Or Yours?
I've been thinking about T-shirt slogans and I came up with:   My Joint Or Yours?  Insert xray pic of an RA hand and xray pic of a "normal" hand.   Underneath it could say:  It Could Happen To You.  SUPPORT RA RESEARCH   Or, how about:  "Powered By Prednisone" ?   What slogans...crap

Does anyone with RA feel foggy in the head?
I was just recently diagnosed w/what appears to be RA, as hand xrays show bone erosions in my wrists.  My chief complaint is eye soreness, where my eyes feel sore when I move them in all directions.  I also feel fogginess in my head off and on, with frequent headaches, similar to migranes.  Anyone feel...crap

Stress and flare ups - is there a connection?
I have just been diagnosed with RA.  I've had my first appointment with my rheumatologist and they have done xrays and blood test which i'm waiting to get the results from. Newly diagnosed
I was diagnosed with RA two weeks ago.  X-rays showed erosions and I was put on methotrexate and prednisone with humira to start in 4 -6 weeks.  My wrists are very painful most of the time.  Depending on the day, other parts hurt.  Is it normal for the pain to crop up in different places that quickly...crap

I started mobic last week and my inflammation is reduced dramatically. I now have increased aching
in my joints/bones. What does this mean? I am waiting for results of labs/x-rays to verify the RAcrap
