Get Cramps very easily
My health is pretty good. Age 63 and do about 20 minutes of exercise, arm weights, cycling and fott exercises.Have Peripheral Neuropathy (with no pain). My right arm and chest, guts,are in pain.My feet are swollen.Had her2B.cancer in05.Now on tamoxifen.
hard to type with this right arm..and hand swollen too. Back in pain.. I am thin. don't walk and exercise like used to.
