what does arthritis feel like
I sprained my ankle in may 2006, brostum repair to my atfl ligament in april 07. arthroscopy in jan 08. I don't have any problems with instability in my ankle but great pain. Stiffness comes when I don't move my ankle around. But if I move it too much, I get even more pain. It pops in the front...crap

I have fibro, deg.arthritis,CFS, many knee surgeries, now my ankles are very swollen painful WHY?
Since 1996, I have had chronic pain problems with Interstitial Cystitis,  Fibromyalgia, Chronic... surgeries to correct three torn ligaments and loss of cartlidge in the knees.  I am on Social Security Disability... so I am baffled at this swelling and pain in both ankles. Hi I sprained my ankle a couple of weeks ago (like end of september) and i didnt think it was that serious since i just strained the ligaments and it was just swollen tissues and nothing was torn or broken... it as much as I should have. And now after weeks I can walk but there is still some pain and little bit of swelling...crap

4+ years of chronic pain in right side

to know about chronic pain. My life in the last 4 years has been a series of ups and downs, mostly downs.... While doing the paper route I fell twice spraining both ankles, after that I decided newspaper delivering was not for me. Then I fell outside my house on the concrete to which I reached out and sprained...crap
