Do "experts" take into consideration that someone may come into contact with any body fluid in a public restroom when determining the risk factor in this setting. You don't always pay attention to toilet seats or you don't see every little thing when the restroom is not lighted well. But this setting...crap

wet or dry?
Dear expert,it is understood that dry body fluid cannot transmit the virus as the virus will already be dead. But can still wet fluid that have been exposed to the air for some time be still viable... for the fluid to dry? So am I still at risk from wet fluids? Nancy Breuer wet or dry? Ask...crap

Risk from using a public toilet?
Can HIV be transimitted from using a public toilet seat? What if there are some body fluids on the seat, such as vaginal secretions and blood?
