I have been told I am only to walk or swim for exercise. Swimming is an almost unobtainable option for me. I live in the country and commute an hour (total) every day to and from work. Menstruation while swimming, does your period stop?
I've been told since I was a young girl just starting my period,(I'm know 45), that your period stops when you swim and that it is OK to go swimming with no pad or tampon. I don't believe it. Please help clarify. Belisa Millercrap
