Confused
If the morning is the only time I can workout, should I be waking up 30 min before my workout to eat, or just go the the gym with a protein drink or something?

Do I need to eat more or less to lose weight?
I've been slowly gaining weight no matter how much I workout! Do I need to workout more or eat more? My workout have included 1hour aerobic class 1x a week, 1hour weight lifting class 2-3x a week, and running on treadmill 30 min. 5x a week. I have gained about 5lbs and can't seem to lose it. I am a 23yr...crap
Are there exercise moves that are addicting?
It may be tough to fit a workout in, let alone a few simple toning exercises. However there are some workouts that can be addicting and have you coming back for more. I found one that involves a couple... addicting workouts that you have?

I eat 5 to 6 chicken wings (3X / week) that I buy frozen at store? Is that healthy? work out 5 time
I am on a workout mode (weights workout) - My diet is 4 to 5 chicken wings (3 times a week), with a either a plate of chicken lasanga, or meat macaroni, or pita bread for dinner.
For breakfast - I eat 1 egg w/ 2 wheat bread slices.
Is this healthy diet? If I want to loose some weight and putcrap

If you do a cardio workout or any workout for that matter in increments, say about 4 increments of 15min, does it pump up your metabolism and help weight loss as much as it would if you did all 60min in one fell swoop? It is always said that it is good to get exercise in even if you break it up...crap
