I have cramps starting in my buttox . not taking a statin w/it. pain so bad I can't walk .

Thanks so much for your suggestions.  The relaxation techniques sound like something I should definitely look in to.  Especially if they can help me sleep.  That's a real problem for me.  It's funny - I've had RA for so long you would think I could handle this better...crap
