I have some questions regarding ARS. Is it always accompanied by a high fever? If so, what is regarded as a high fever? Secondly, how long does it last, how intense is it, and approxmately how long..., but the experts at Mass General said that "if you have ARS, you know it." it's like a terrible bad flu. fever...crap

If fever is due to ARS, is it a high fever or one that is not noticable? I ask this because I've read that in many cases symptoms go unnoticed. I don't see how a 103 degree fever can go unnoticed.

i have not had a fever yet. does this mean i am not experiencing ars?

**DONOTDELETE** no fever? no ars? Sounds about right. Really high fever for over 2 days seems to be the only common symptom of ARS. If you are worried about HIV, then get tested. Don't worry about ARS.

I am experiencing severe shaking, fever and heavy persperation following Actonel doses
I have had six or seven bouts of severe shaking and high fever, followed by heavy perspiration and weakness for 2 - 3 weeks, accompanied byy weight loss. These symptoms seem to correlate with monthly doses of Actonel, 150 mg, which I started taking shortly before the first attack. I am a 71-year-old male...crap

since up to 90-95% of ars victims experience high fever, wouldn't it be reasonable... if not accompanied by a high fever? or is that not make sense to others? i mean, i have many ars symptoms but no fever. could that be possible if hiv related? bytheway, I AM in the window period.
