The bottom line here is that even if a soft fleshy lump is not cancer, it can grow and produce a problem if ignored for long...
Since I wrote that, I believe now that the lump is more like a bump and is on the skin's surface... of inches away from the original one.
That lump could be anything from an imbedded BB or pellet to a small...
A lump is always something worth having your doctor take a look at. It's better to get checked and have it be nothing rather than ignore it/try to self-diagnose and have it be something serious.

Unfortunately fear or no fear of doctors it's crucial that you have these lumps... of the lumps and then ask for feedback. Since no one on these forums can visually see or touch the lumps...
