My 10- year-old had a pelvic CT and the impression was "enlarged hyperechoic fluid filled right ovary." She has not had had her first periods yet, so doctor told its part of reaching puberty and once she grows it will go away. But when serched in internet..the results I get is alarming as polycysts...crap

Is progesterone appropriate after hysterectomy with ovaries removed? I have read that without ovaries the progesterone can't be used properly. Is that true? Are there still benefits to using progesterone?   Thanks!     Trebecrap
