My wife takes fosamax once a week and is on Leukeran meds for leukemia 3 x a week.
My wife also had a atrial fib. attack in 2006 with 450 beats per minute and ending with a pacemaker implanted to control the pulse rate. The fosamax weekly has not helped her bone density problems. Had two operations on jaw due to infections.

If the morning is the only time I can workout, should I be waking up 30 min before my workout to eat, or just go the the gym with a protein drink or something?

BP Drops -10/-8 after drinking Juice or eating Orange following Workout
I exercise about 60 minutes per day and then rest for 30 minutes. I am always very very hungry at this time. I have taken BP readings and have reached the following conclusions.
1. If I eat an orange... for another 10 minutes and take the BP reading again.
Does hunger increase BP?
Could this be a stress...crap
Doing the best I can
I have written that I started to excercise. I do my 6 minute ab workout. I haven't been able to do any pushups in two days..so doing the 6 minutes is the best I can do...for the moment.
I woke with a screaming headache. I haven't had one this bad in years. I stiil did my workout, reading and studying...crap
Beats per minute
60 beats is considered a normal resting beat. What about 55 bpm (beats per minute) is this normal? And if not normal could this be associated with pulmonary hypertension? I know shortness of breath is one sign but what are the other signs?
