I have a heart beat that currently averages 52 beats per minute. Two weeks ago I was sent to emergency because my pulse had dropped to  37 beats per minute. While in the hospital it dropped to 29... I was given many tests the last being a treadmill test. My heart rate was elevated to 142 beats a minute for 2...crap

My wife takes fosamax once a week and is on Leukeran meds for leukemia 3 x a week.
My wife also had a atrial fib. attack in 2006 with 450 beats per minute and ending with a pacemaker implanted to control the pulse rate. The fosamax weekly has not helped her bone density problems. Had two operations on jaw due to infections. JOcrap

BP Drops -10/-8 after drinking Juice or eating Orange following Workout

Am I following a program that is right for toning and weight loss?
I have recently joined a gym and following is my routine, 5 days a week, start with 20 minutes on the elliptical, 2 reps of various arm weights followed by 20 minutes on stationary bike, which includes... and finally 20 minutes on the weight loss level on a treadmill.  My diet is good, fish, lean meats, fiber, etc...crap

I have noticed in most exercise routines, they tell you to do a certain exercise... to them and they put me in the mood to MOVE!!! Plus with the average song at LEAST 3 minutes long, I know I have done at LEAST 30 minutes of exercising a day..... RednTexas...crap
