After the first six weeks if I've lost all the weight I want to, I can start introducing other carbs like pasta... - but sparingly. If I still have more weight to lose, then I just continue on the six week plan.

during the week. I woke up at 7:15 but fell back to sleep until 8:30. You are supposed to keep on a regular... I've already lost 13 lbs in one week, I was able to sit down to my oatmeal and hard boiled egg whites...
