I train 6 days a week... run, swim, bike &spin. I burn at least 900 calories a day and I have been eating the same 1200-1500 calories for about 1 year. I was down to my feel good weight of 115 and then all of the sudden started putting on weight. I probablly burn more calories now than I did when I reached my feel...crap
