Thank you for answering my question so promptly! I have an alternating workout schedule. One week i lift heavy the next i do high reps to give me muscles little more time to recover. Also I forgot to mention that my tryglecerides (I think i spelled it wrong..lol) where quite high. Viral load...crap

I'm the guy who thinks deca increases his wasting.About my leg workouts and diet:I get about 4 meals a day consisting of about 500 calories each with about 30 grams of protein each.my leg workouts are once a week: squats - 5 sets 6 reps of 225 lbs, leg extensions - 5 sets 8 reps of usually 150 lbs...crap

exercise enduced orgasm? rope climbing? pull ups?
.  I have quite a strong uppur body and can do a lot reps with a heavy weight in the lat pull down exercise.  Therfore... me about third or forth rep or half way up 20 foot rope. I get this feeling in my privets, it feels...crap

After a series of pushup reps I felt no muscle fatigue & never reached critical failure, why?
During a full body workout today I came to a point after doing a series of chest to the floor.... This has never happened before, I usually hit critical failure after 3 or 4 sets of 30 reps. Can anyone explain why this could have happened? It felt as if the muscles in my arms and chest were almost numb. I workout 4 days a week, active...crap
