That sounds normal... since you ovulated in the week after the 14th day of the cycle.    Are they concerned?

If the tests came back negative as soon as that then I'd suggest calling your physican and scheduling a p4(progesterone test) be done (and proabably they'll do a hCG as well).

Unless you have a history of early miscarriages then you don't have anything to worry about.  Jogging/running will not dislodge or hurt the baby in any way

Sounds like progesterone side effect.  Progesterone being the last set of hormones in a woman's cycle.  Completely normal
