I have a heart beat that currently averages 52 beats per minute. Two weeks ago I was sent to emergency because my pulse had dropped to  37 beats per minute. While in the hospital it dropped to 29... I was given many tests the last being a treadmill test. My heart rate was elevated to 142 beats a minute for 2...crap

I do 40 minutes on the elyptical, 100 crunches @ 40lbs, 50 each ob abductors and adductors @ 50lbs, then finish with 10 minutes...crap

how much effect will serious aerobic weight training preceding a blood draw have on CD4 and Viral load? My first CD4 in January (gym to Dr. 90 minutes max.) was 313, after my partner passed in February, my ( not exercising beforehand, but incredible trauma grief and lack of sleep)CD 4 on March 15 was 253 @ 28...crap

High PSA Count
I am 81 and in excellent health, with as much vim, vigor, agility and stamina as 30-40 years ago (honestly) I do "resistance training" with weights regularly and have for many years.   My PSA count has been steadily rising over the past several years and has reached 14 (!) which seems a cause for alarm...crap
