The wife and I are pretty much committed to a Tuesday/Thursday swim schedule... really hard to shorten the time I did it in. Still took a little over 30 minutes.
Each half lap is only 25...
I have a weird expanding belly post-weight loss. And lots of stretchy skin/fat things.
I am a 16 year old female, actually very active and am on the swim team as well as partaking in running and pilates in the off season. When I was little, I was very fat, especially around my midsection... the school record for most crunches in a minute, but on top of it is all this loose stuff! It's not...crap
Blood Sugar Management While Hitting the Pool

I started sipping on water throughout my swim and I noticed it helped keep my blood sugar from rising post-workout.... Therefore, by the time I test and reconnect to the pump, a good 50-55 minutes have passed. Luckily, my post-workout...crap

If the morning is the only time I can workout, should I be waking up 30 min before my workout to eat, or just go the the gym with a protein drink or something?

Doing the best I can
I have written that I started to excercise. I do my 6 minute ab workout. I haven't been able to do any pushups in two days..so doing the 6 minutes is the best I can do...for the moment.
I woke with a screaming headache. I haven't had one this bad in years. I stiil did my workout, reading and studying...crap

walking,swimming and cycling should help. My concern is that I don't want to lose "weight" off my limbs...-45 minutes 3-4 times/week. This program will have the best effect on your metabolism to create...crap
