I've been working out and dieting for 4 weeks and I haven't lost a pound; why?
I'm a 42 year old female and I weigh 200lbs. For the past month I've been keeping a food diary and I alternate my caloric intake from 1,600 to 1,800, I do 20 minutes of pilates and 20 minutes of cardio working at a heart rate of 120 - 145/per minute 4 times a week. I've been 200lbs since 1992 eating...crap

I have consistently run 2.5 miles at a 3% incline on the treadmill 4 days a week (35 minutes including warm... in front, and am willing to try almost anything.  I have done some pilates and aerobic videos.  I can only do 4 days a week realistically, but I can give it about 30 minutes those four days...crap

Why It's So Hard to Stick with a Healthy Routine

than 30 minutes on the elliptical on a daily basis, but usually I put in 40 mins to an hour of cardio... a Pilates class to tone muscle and try and get some flexibility back into my body. I really love Pilates.... So the fact that I enjoy going to Pilates is no less than a miracle. I am trying to shape up drastically...crap

at my check-up yesterday all systems are go for trying out some yoga, pilates, and light weight lifting. She told me I should take Motrin about 30 minutes before activity and see if that helps. If it does not...crap
