My wife takes fosamax once a week and is on Leukeran meds for leukemia 3 x a week.
My wife also had a atrial fib. attack in 2006 with 450 beats per minute and ending with a pacemaker implanted to control the pulse rate. The fosamax weekly has not helped her bone density problems. Had two operations on jaw due to infections.

that you should try to exercise for at least 30 minutes, five times a week - if you can - and to do it to a rate that leaves... is it possible for doing too much exercise to advance the virus? exercise is a good thing in general, but is there too much? hopefulone exercise just make sure you are getting enough rest...crap

Okay. I know exercise is good for me. I know I need to do it. I even want to do it. I used to exercise 30 minutes every day, but that was before the fibro and inflammatory osteoarthritis hit. I exercise every day. But I wonder if on really bad days, if I should? Or does it just not matter?
As I.... Now that I have RA? I do the same thing. Every morning I walk a minimum of 30 minutes on the treadmill...crap
