Diabetic question
I am now on a diabetic 1200 calorie diet, so far I've stuck to meal plan but would like to incorporation campbells soup to go, how do I calculate what i am eating. I was told 15 g of carb is one serving so they are 33 gram of carb which is two carb servings but carb includes fruit, milk, bread and vegecrap

Exercise
On December 26th I started to eat right-reduce my calorie intake and do my exercise plan and have done it every day.  Everyother day use treadmill to burn a minimum of 350 calories and opposite day use elliptical to burn at least 250 calories and use the bowflex for a variety of exercises.  I am 5'5" and weight 133lbs...crap
