I've been on a health quest since age 5 when I lost my beloved maternal grandmother to cancer. Although I initially pursued a medical career, I quickly switched to psychology. I spent time in the addictions field and taught extensively at the college level. Now I'm retired and am a health coach and fitness buff. I enjoy gardening as well as playing with my 2 dogs.
