Technique

Hands not body

Practice moving your hands and arms while keeping the rest of your body motionless.

The basics

Sad but true:

Chocolate is not a separate food group. But dark chocolate is loaded with antioxidants, and in moderation, it is good for you.

For beginners

Don't stop moving

Dancing is about moving, so whatever you do, just keep on moving.

The 4 food groups

Fruit is good for you

Eat at least 3 servings of fruit every day.

Veggies daily

You need at least 4 servings of veggies daily.

Whole grains not refined

Include 5 or more servings of whole grains in your daily diet.
