I have gross upper arms. I need an undergarment to rein in the flab!
My upper arms are gross. Clothes that would fit me are to tight for my arms! It is a result... to cover the cost? I can't even hold or move my arms properly because of my wings!! I have thought... My right arm and chest, guts,are in pain.My feet are swollen.Had her2B.cancer in05.Now on tamoxifen.
hard to type with this right arm..and hand swollen too. Back in pain.. I am thin. don't walk and exercise like used to. Husband and sons do not want to understand ..Husband is a pharmacist in the hospital and gets MAD because I just cannot clean up house and have a hard time organizing things...crap

I have bumps that come and go under my arm should I be concern?

Get Cramps very easily
My health is pretty good. Age 63 and do about 20 minutes of exercise, arm weights, cycling and fott exercises.Have Peripheral Neuropathy (with no pain). Why do my arms hurt and have limited motion when at rest only?
Hi- When i exercise my arms by lifting weights, stretching  ect. I have little pain and almost full motion in all directions  When i stop and sit down or sleep my upper arms hurt painfully and the only relief that I get is by iceing them or exercising them again . The upper arm muscle always feels hotcrap

I am thirteen years old and am still trying to find a workout that would be well suited for my body
I play some sports and i get a good exercise in them but I am still looking for more muscle in my arms, abs, and a little bit in my legs. My diet consists of mostly carbs and meat, but I do eat candy and chocolate more than I would like. I'd like a diet well-suited for me. If you can help...crap

So many questions...plus, almost every day, a new exercise product is introduced promising a quick fix—to whip us into shape requiring only the slightest amount of effort on our part.
