What am I doing wrong with my diet and exercise routine?
I need some advise..........My diet consists of a protein or slim fast optima bar for breakfast... calorie lorraine swiss cheese and some broccoli or I'll have a slim fast high protein shake... or melon. Sometimes I'll have a Luna protein bar or a Special K protein bar or a slim fast snack bar...crap
I eat 5 to 6 chicken wings (3X / week) that I buy frozen at store? Is that healthy? work out 5 time
I am on a workout mode (weights workout) - My diet is 4 to 5 chicken wings (3 times a week), with a either a plate of chicken lasanga, or meat macaroni, or pita bread for dinner.
For breakfast - I eat 1 egg w/ 2 wheat bread slices.

Surprise, surprise - when I went in to have my cholesteral level checked in November, it was over 300. Can being on a low-fat diet cause an increase in cholesteral production in the body? Also...crap

Most of us know we need to be physically active to be healthy. It's not new information, but it leaves us with
many questions and many opinions. There's plenty of information about physical activity, but sorting through it
and figuring out what to do can be challenging. Instead of answering questions, all that information only seems
to generate more: "What exactly does being physically active mean? Is this physical activity or 'exercise?'
How much do we need versus what can we do to get by? Do we need to do it all at once? Is there an easy way
to fit it into our day, because life is pretty hectic already?" So many questions...plus, almost every day, a new
exercise product is introduced promising a quick fix—to whip us into shape requiring only the slightest
amount of effort on our part. If only that were true, we tell ourselves....
