Try yucca.

Asparagus has folate and vitamin C.

1/2 cup of cooked asparagus has 20 calories, 1gm fiber, 2gm protein, 30% of daily vitamin C, and 25% of daily folate.

Go for kiwi.

The kiwi fruit has only 45 calories, but more vitamin C than an orange, plus vitamin E, potassium, magnesium, and fiber.
