Agave nectar versus honey or maple syrup.. is it really better or better to just avoid them all?
I am curious to know how the experts feel about agave nectar - the bottle claims it has a "low glycemic index" but it is essentially a fructose concentrate and David Mendosa keeps cautioning against using fructose.  Anyway, it's delicous!  But so is honey and maple syrup... is one really "better...crap
