Rinse & Repeat. A new stage of grief for chronic illness?
I've known about the five
stages of
grief as described by Elisabeth Kübler-Ross for many years...'ll only go through the 5
stages of
grief once for his death.
You might be wondering why I am talking about death...'t just go through 5

The Guilt of Chronic Illness
Many of us know of the 5
stages of
grief-1) denial 2) anger 3) bargaining 4) depression 5) acceptance. While we may experience these

grief at some point.
Secondly,
grief, like chronic illness, can be an on-going, continually...crap
Grieving Through An Acid Reflux Diagnosis
Most of us know about
grief as a reaction to a major loss, like the death of a loved one. I bet a few of us could even name the different
stages of
grief. I would also wager that many of us, including some of our health-care providers, have not considered
grief as a typical reaction to a chronic illness, like reflux...crap
Coping with and Taking Control of IBD

The Wholistic Picture: Pressing the Bruise
to learn and expand my work to deal with loss and
grief specifically.
We are conditioned by society, religion, and custom to "handle"
