I've been slowly gaining weight no matter how much I workout! Do I need to workout more or eat more? My workout have included 1hour aerobic class 1x a week, 1hour weight lifting class 2-3x a week, and running on treadmill 30 min. 5x a week. I have gained about 5lbs and can't seem to lose it. Weight loss and wasting
I'm currently in a workout program (cardio and freeweights). I've only been positive for 3 years and am in good shape except for a little extra body fat. I've wanted to start leaning up but don't want... for 20 minutes plus 45 min of resistance exercise to lose the fat and hold on to your lean body mass...crap
How long will it be till I notice blood sugar levels dropping from diet, supplements and exercise?
BS is 310-350. Started exercise program 30 min daily and following diet to lower blood sugar levels. Doc is giving me 3 months to do this without medication. I am loosing weight. 10lbs last week I assume is do to exercise, diet and high sugar count. My question is: how long will it be till I notice blood sugar levels...crap

I finished the insanity workout at the begining of Dec and took a little time off. I am now back.... A typical week of working out is. 5 days doing an insanity video (40) min. 4 days of riding a stationary bike for 45min and hockey 1-3 times per week. What am I doing wrong.
