200 mls Pomegrante Juice 1/2 Cup Mixed Frozen Berries 1/2 Cup Low Fat Natural Yoghurt 1 tbsp Chocolate Protein Powder Big Scoop Ice
Chuck it all in the blender and blend until smooth.
I loooooooooooooooooooooooveeeeeeeeddddddd it!
If you like your smoothie runny don’t add quite as much ice.
