You have a story to tell about your weight. If you have a problem with weight control, it probably didn't just start. It has a history. It helps to understand more about you in relation to food and weight control. So, go ahead and tell your story...and get it down on paper. It doesn't need to be complete. It doesn't need to be in chronological order. Just go ahead and remember whatever is important about it.
