In addition to all of those many chemically induced wonders, yoga is a fantastic addition to your diet and weight loss plan. If you haven’t tried yoga before, find a local class (there are so many out there these days) and try it out!
Try to find someone who will make you sweat! Just be careful. Doing yoga to the point of fatigue can be dangerous. To get cardio, I would add walking, swimming, or cycling to a yoga workout. You will definitely see results!
