WW Weigh-in #4

This is going to a short post because I am having a busy day. I just wanted to post about the past week which has been surprisingly successful! I ended up eating so many cookies and gingerbread during the Christmas days at home, that I never would have expected this.

I lost 0.5kg (1.1lbs) this past week!

This means that I have lost 3kg (6.6lbs) in my first four weeks of doing Weight Watchers and it's great! So many people have gained weight over the holidays so I am really happy with how much I have lost. And just to sweeten the deal, I have reached the first milestone with Weight Watchers (a loss of 3kg). So excited!

Especially because the gym has really been neglected by me lately (too busy with my thesis) and I have skipped Tae Bo class a couple of times, I am thrilled at this result. I cannot wait, however, to be done with my thesis and to be able to invest more time into getting fit again.

I am about to go to a friend's place in a little while, where we will be having raclette, and celebrating New Year's Eve together. Wishing you all a happy new year 2010! Have a great time tonight and be safe!
