I really want to get in shape and lose weight but I cant get into a gym and dont have weights at home. I started using the treadmill and will continue to use it. I am doin the 90/30 workout which consists of walking at a 3.5 pace for 90 seconds then sprinting at about 6.5 for 30. and doing that for 20 minutes. and upping the workout every week. im also trying to eat healthier. will I get in shape doing this alone, and how long will it take for me to see a difference?
