I'm on a 4-day anti-bloat diet which contain small portions of food. but it seems though as if smoothies make me bloat, and get a bigger stomach! So, i was asking, is it regular and part of a diet plan that a person gets bloated with smoothies?
Breakfasts are okay for me, which resalts in a way i don't get blaoted, and the same way for lunch and dinner. i would go to a Kiva Juice place, where they only have smoothies. they seem to also boat me
