For lunch, I brought chips and a sandwich- the only thing missing was a can of soda. I don't drink soda often, but for some reason, one sounds really good to me today! I didn't cave, though. Instead, I chugged some water. Some days I have amazing self-control, and then others, not so much!
My sandwich was made with 3 seed bread (150 calories per slice!), Tofurky slices, cheddar cheese and veganaise. I bought the chips from the cafeteria because I was in the mood for something salty and spicy. While writing this, I realized that the total calories just between the bread and the chips add up to 500 calories! Wowzers! I think I may need to cut back at dinner and plan something very healthy. Definitely a good thing I didn't buy a soda to go with! For dessert, I ate the tangerine but not the apple. I'm going to save the apple for later.
