Where Do You Find Motivation for Maintaining Weight Loss

Once you lose unwanted weight, you probably know how to keep the weight off. But do you do it?
What would motivate you to maintain weight loss? Would it be strong feelings about not going back to the way you were before? Would it be the pride you take in your new slim and slender self? Pride in being able to eat with self-control? Of course, it could be all of these motivating factors combined. Or, it could be some other personal motivation.
When you want to keep yourself right at your goal weight, what do you use to motivate yourself to do it?
