I decided to get on the scale on Friday. Make my leap. Deal with the reality of holiday poundage. I had gained 6 pounds plus a couple of ounces. Today, I am down 4 pounds from that day. 4 pounds in 2 days? Where did it go?
I would like to imagine my thighs melting away while I sleep, but I think that is highly unlikely. Water weight? How can that be when water is all that I drink? I have no answer for this myth but right now, I will totally take it.
