When It Comes to Your Weight-Loss Behavior, Have You Been Bad?

How often during your weight-loss journey have you said to
yourself, “I’m being bad”?
Well, what kind of bad were you?
Were you greedy bad? Naughty bad? Shameful bad? Un-dutiful
bad? Patience-trying bad? Sneaky bad? Some helluva-nerve bad? Disobedient bad?
The kind of ‘bad’ you were tells you a lot about what you
are expressing emotionally when you eat too much food or eat too many fattening
foods. These are the emotions within you that are going to stop you from
successful weight loss unless you attend to them. Not by eating at them, but by
doing what you can to fix them directly.
