What You Have to Do Emotionally for Successful Weight Loss

It’s a tall order, but here’s what you have to do emotionally when you would like to lose weight.

     Be aware of and understand your emotions.
     Be able to accept your emotions.
     With bothersome emotions, still behave in accordance with desired goals.
     Be able to use appropriate emotion regulating strategies as needed.

It’s a tall order indeed.
