When I was young and brainless I went on the 800 calorie work out three times a day diet. It worked but I got really sick because my immune system was down.
Once my mother went on a hotdog, egg and banana diet. She ate 9 hot dogs one day(no bread, no mustard, just hot dogs), nine hard boiled eggs the next day and nine bananas the following day. Then she was supposed to eat normally for two days and go back on it. I don't think she made it past the first couple of cycles.
So come on and 'fess up. What've you done to lose weight?
